Monica is a co-founder and practitioner The Art of Hosting & Harvesting. For the past 25 years, she has worked as a process consultant and facilitator. Since Toke and Monica co-founded InterChange in 1991, they have worked with dialogue based, participatory processes, engaging larger groups of people in co-creating solutions, strategies or the futures they want.
In working with larger groups, besides facilitating, her particular interest has been “Learning Ecology” – that is to harvest the results of these conversations so that the collective wisdom and insights can be captured and put to good use. www.interchange.dk |

Søs carries a torch fuelled by creating space for meaningfulness, and she does that whether she works her teacher job, as Flow Game Host or facilitating processes using Art of Hosting methods. As a teacher, Søs loves to co-create projects that train the students’ creative, innovative and entrepreneurial skills - and through that creating space for meaningfulness.
In 2014, a project she took part in co-creating, “Kulturlaboratoriet Generation Grøn”, won a price, “Springfrøprisen”, given by the ministries of Education and Culture. This school year, Søs facilitated a weeklong project for and with three classes, where the students invented new solutions to improve life - at the final exhibition, a judge told several groups of students that their project was ready to fly in real life. Now, Søs is teaching, and cross three seven-grade-classes, facilitating a literature workshop, where the students are testing and co-developing Søs’ tool for analysis of literature; a tool based upon Edward De Bono’s Six Thinking Hats - it improves the student’s sense of meaning when working with literature. As a facilitator, Søs has facilitated meetings, workshops and EdCamps - a new EdCamp facilitator job is coming up at the weeklong “Lærermødet 2017”. Regarding Flow Game: “When I met Flow Game, it felt like coming home, and when I host I sense I was born to do this." Book me here: padlet.com/soes_irini_armyrantis/FlowGame |
